Funky Monkey Corals will periodically keep you informed by e-mail of special offers and/or new additions to our store. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by following the link to unsubscribe found on all e-mails received.
We will email you to arrange shipping 24 to 48 hours after placing your order.
Any electronic confirmation of your order does not verify your order until the order has been accepted by a member of our staff. Funky Monkey Corals reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. We will consider different variables such as the health of the coral, weather, and client availability to receive the item prior to shipping.
Funky Monkey Corals ships all orders in the order they are received unless otherwise specified. Due to the nature of the business, no orders are processed and shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or before Holidays. Typical shipment days are Monday-Thursday for next day delivery. Additional charges may apply for Saturday delivery.
Our corals are shipped with heavy duty bags to prevent leaks, insulated boxes with cardboard shells, and temperature packs when necessary.
Out of Stock
Occasionally, a product may be found to be out-of-stock if not updated by our automatic inventory system. If a product is found to be out of stock, we will attempt to notify you regarding the order and what options are available to you. We may ship the remainder of your order or delay shipment until the requested product is in stock. We will attempt to combine orders whenever possible.
Due to the nature of the business, no returns are accepted. Funky Monkey Corals offers a guarantee live upon arrival. In the event that livestock dies during the guarantee period, please email us directly at email@example.com.
Funky Monkey Corals maintains the health of our corals with a quarantine period and healing period. If the health of your corals was compromised and it does not survive shipment, we will provide a credit equal to the cost of the coral. This credit can be used for a replacement coral and combined with a future order shipment. In the event that your coral is dead upon arrival (DOA), you must notify a member of our team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 hours with a photo of the coral. The credit amount will depend on the photo provided. We may also ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for stress and damaged corals to be re-evaluated. Many corals are hardy and will bounce back quickly after the stress of shipping.
Funky Monkey Coral is not responsible for errors due to poor acclimation, poor water chemistry, temperature, or other variables out of our control. Please ask all questions regarding coral and tank compatibility PRIOR to placing any orders. All unshipped canceled orders will be refunded. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to process.
